Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the provision of services. This obligation survives termination of these Terms for a period of 5 years.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, specifically the courts in Sheffield where possible.
Before resorting to litigation, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
